We are based in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 

Do you have a physical store
Yes! Sonntagstrasse 28, 10245 Berlin. Just a 5 minute walk from S Ostkreuz. Open 12-20 Tuesday through Saturday.

Can I make changes to my order/adress? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order.

Which sizes are availble for the items in your store?
We feature clothing from many different designers, so each clothing size may be a bit different. Unsure? Call us! 017643370788. 

Where can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a link to track it!

Where do you ship from? 
We ship from our store in Berlin!

Do you accept orders from country xx?
Yes! We ship worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment.
Deliveries within Germany take 1-3 days to arrive, international orders may take longer.


Will I receive this item before xx.xx ?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, please let us know! We'll do our very best to make that happen.

Do you accept returns?

If you're order doesn't quite fit as expected, please know we offer custom sizing to make sure you get the fit you always dreamed of! 

Doesn't fit your style? You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it, just ship it back to us at: Shop Radical, Sonntagstrasse 28, 10245 Berlin. Please include a note with your order number and send us an email with the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it!
